Design and supervision of construction of a new 95 km long dual gauge rail line to connect the Bridge to the eastern network of BR at Joydebpur. Eastern part of the rail network being meter gauge, dual gauge was established to connect to the broad gauge network on the western part of the country. The project included design and construction of over 150 bridges and drainage structures, rail station, underpass etc under the ADB/CIDA funding.
BCL was a member of the Consultants consortium led by Canarail of Canada.
