This 2 lane 144.8km Mughanli-Yevlakh Sectionof the Baku Samaxi Yevlakh Road (M4) implemented under Private Bank funding passes through flat and hilly terrain in Azerbaijan. The road connects the country’s western Caucasus region with the Silk Highway, Baku Yevlakh Georgia border road.
BCL under the sub consultancy contract with Proyapi Consultants of Turkey was responsible for the design checking & updating the design and construction supervision and provided the Team Leader.
