The project scope of work includes improvement to the existing 2-lane 87.67 km long Joydebpur-Mymensingh Road section of National Highway N3 to a 2-lane dual carriageway with median, construction of a 450m long 4-lane flyover at Maona road section, 5 nos. 2-lane PC bridge of 30m to 160m length, 61 nos. RCC box culverts and widening of a large number of existing box culverts. BCL in JV with LBG(USA) was the consultant
