Supervision of construction of 112 km (4-lane) Alat-Masalli Section of Alat-Astara Motorway, Rehabilitation of 41.4 km (2-lane) Tagiyev-Sahil roads, construction of 216 km local roads and 39 km connecting local roads including the Salyan Bridge over Kur river of length 360m with 151m long Steel Arch composite deck span, 33 nos. Bridges, 57 Box Culverts and 3 Tunnels. BCL worked under a sub contract with Kocks Consultant and provided the Senior Bridge Engineer in the team. The project is funded by WB.
