The project consists of preparation of master plan, detailed design and construction of 2 nos. 15-storied Multi-Tenant Buildings (Floor area 2,25,335 sft), 12-storied dormitory buildings (Floor area 80,860 sft), 3-storied canteen/mptheatre (Floor area 20,000 sft), recreation centre, data recovery centre, R & D center, boundary walls, internal road, electric sub-station, landscaping and other associated facilities in the proposed Software Technology Park (STP) at Jessore.
