This US$ 2.99 Billion project comprises construction of of a 6.2 km long two level road and rail bridge and to carry all the services lines over it, long bridge approach for both road and rail being implemented under five separate contracts. BCL as a member of the consortium of consultants led by Rendel (UK) as the Management Support Consultants implemented and administering the complex Project Management Information System (PMIS).
