Detail design, preconstruction activities, construction supervision and contract administration for upgrading of 34.5 km long section of N103 connecting the township of Gurue to Magige. The region is the plantation and agricultural center in Mozambique and this road will facilitate the transportation of products. The project included construction of a paved two lane road in place of the old earthen road. BCL was appointed as the Consultant in JV with TECNICA a national firm and provided the Team Leader and Highway Engineer in the team.
