
- Second Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance Project, Bangladesh: Training RHD's project personnel and project contractors in all different facets of road engineering, construction and maintenance both through formal classroom and hands-on training at construction sites.

- Health & Safety Awareness on Construction Site, Bangladesh: 500 person hours of training as a part of the firm's continuing professional development programme of the staff.
- Rangpur Region Rural Development Programme, Bangladesh: Design and implementation of training programs on literacy, numeracy, community leadership development, improved livestock and poultry farming practices, data base management under an EEC funded project.
- Training in Feeder Roads Construction and Maintenance, Bangladesh: Technical assistance to the Local Government Engineering Department to train their technical personnel and contractors' in road construction and maintenance and O&M of their construction equipment and machinery; over 900 persons were trained, both through formal classroom and hands-on training at construction sites.
- Resettlement of JMBP Affected Persons, Bangladesh: Some 2,870 ha of land was acquired for the construction of the Jamuna Bridge which displaced or affected some 100,000 persons. Resettlement plan was prepared which included training on non-farm skill development, literacy, healthcare and credit program.
- Bangladesh Road Master Plan: Training of RHD personnel in the use of World Bank's HDM-III and EBM software to enable RHD set up a HDM cell for continual updating of the Master Plan.
- Bangladesh Rural Training: Formulation of 3 pilot projects for non-farm skill development for alleviation of rural poverty through strengthening of the family economic structure.
