- Chhatak Cement Plant Expansion Project, Bangladesh: Balancing, modernization, replacement and expansion (BMRE) of the plant for doubling its capacity from 132,000 tpy to 265,000 tpy of Portland cement.
- Chittagong Port Workshops, Bangladesh: Planning, design and supervision of construction of a Central Workshop and four Zonal Workshops for maintenance and repair of cargo handling equipment; establishing specifications and requirement of the equipment needed up to the year 2000; selection, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning .
- Cement Production Study, Bangladesh: Feasibility study of mining limestone at a depth of about 450m and establishment of 1.15 tpy cement plant at the mine month.
- Security Printing Press, Bangladesh: Master planning, design and supervision of construction of a complex spread over 40 ha of land comprising a 30,000 sqm press building, a housing colony for 700 families and associated utilities and services; the latter consisted of 1600 tons of central air-conditioning, electronic surveillance and security, automatic fire detection and fighting systems, waste water treatment plant, etc.
