BCL's main focus of interest and activity is in the region of Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Sothern Africa. These interests and works are being pursued via two specially set up subsidiaries - in Africa by Bangladesh Consultants (Pty) Ltd, registered and based in Botswana, and elsewhere by BCL Overseas Ltd, registered in the UK with office in London. English is the normal language of operation but the firm has multi-lingual staff and is in a posiion to work in Russian, French, Spanish and Arabic languages.

Currently the firm is engaged in design and inspection of maintenance of
some 900 km of feeder and urban roads in the Northwestern Province of
Zambia and supervision of construction of a road in Mozambique to
Swaziland.
